What is the return policy?

Our team will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions on how to send your item back to us. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and processed within 7-10 business days. After the inspection, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your bank or credit card company. Can I return an item I received as a gift?

es, you can return a gift item within 30 days of purchase, as long as you have the original receipt or order number. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
